Shipping Policy
We ship by UPS or USPS. Someone must be home to sign for the merchandise if living in an apartment. If you are not there the first day, they will try to deliver again during the next 2 days.
Priority Mail This method is slightly less costly, however, it lacks the advanced tracking capabilities offered by UPS. It is however more cost effective
Delivery Most orders ship same day if recieved by 1:00 pm PST. A tracking number will be provided via email along with invoice. Allow 3 to 7 business day for delivery. Any questions call 714 676-7297 for any questions.
Additional Shipping charges apply to the following states. Typically 5 to 10 dollars more per order.
Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands.
Other foreign orders please email us or we will email back to you the shipping charges.
$30.00-$75.00 will be added to regular shipping/handling charges for OVERSIZED ITEMS (not included in total order).

No refunds or exchanges are accepted for books, videos, and used or worn mechandise.
You are responsible for shipping charges on your returns.
New merchandise will be credited or exchanged only if in original condition.

New merchandise will be accepted if returned within 30 days of delivery. There will be a 15% restocking charge. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Policy: Must call for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted unless RMA number is visible on return package. Return item in its original packagaing. Include, a copy of the receipt and reason for the return, as well as your desired resolution. Returns for credit will be charged back to your credit card for the actual amount of the item(s) purchased less the 15% restocking charge, not including shipping charges.
We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. We are responsible for reshipping if it is deem Kungfu4less error. If not reshipping charges will be chared . Their will be a reshipping & handling charge of $9.95 (not including over sized items o/s) for exchanges. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for the return or exchange process..
